SMS Messaging Program Terms

These SMS Messaging Program Terms ("SMS Terms") govern your use of LetsJune's automated text messaging service ("the Service"). They are in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By opting in to receive text messages from june, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. About the Service

june is a personal-shopping AI assistant operated by LetsJune, Inc. The Service uses SMS/MMS as its primary communication channel. When you opt in, you may receive automated text messages from june, including:

Replies to questions, photos, or screenshots you send us
Product recommendations, price information, and stock availability
Notifications about items you've previously expressed interest in (for example, price drops, restocks, or availability changes)
Confirmation messages (sign-up, billing, subscription changes)
Customer-care responses to your support inquiries

2. Opt-in

You opt in to receive text messages from june by providing your mobile phone number on our website at https://letsjune.com and explicitly checking the consent box that accompanies the phone-number field. Your consent is required to receive messages from june and is not a condition of any purchase. You may also opt in by replying with the keyword START to a message previously received from june.

By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are a resident of the United States, that you are the subscriber of the mobile phone number you provided (or that you have the subscriber's permission to enroll the number), and that you accept these SMS Terms.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on how often you interact with june and which notifications you've opted into. There is no fixed number of messages per period. Most users receive between 5 and 30 messages per week. Heavy users may receive more; users who only ask occasional questions may receive fewer.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for incoming and outgoing messages depending on your mobile plan. june does not charge a per-message fee on top of your carrier's rates. If you are unsure what your carrier charges, please contact your carrier directly.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP at any time to any text message from june to unsubscribe immediately. We will send you a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After you opt out, june will not send you any further automated messages, except a single confirmation. If you want to come back, reply START at any time and june will re-enroll you.

You can also opt out by emailing us at hello@letsjune.com and asking to be removed. We will honor email opt-outs within one business day.

6. How to get help

Reply HELP at any time to receive support information and june's contact details. You may also contact us directly at hello@letsjune.com for any question or concern related to the Service.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and to receive text messages from june. By opting in, you represent that you meet this age requirement. You must also be a resident of the United States. The Service is not currently offered outside the United States.

8. Supported carriers

june supports text messaging across all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Google Fi, Mint Mobile, Visible, and most regional carriers and MVNOs. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your device, your carrier, network conditions, or other factors outside our control.

9. Privacy and security

How june collects, uses, stores, and protects your phone number, message contents, and other information is described in our Privacy Policy. In particular:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We share your phone number only with the service providers that operate the Service on our behalf (for example, our SMS provider, Twilio), and only to the extent necessary to deliver messages to you.

10. Commissions and recommendations

Some of the products june recommends to you over SMS may include links that earn LetsJune a small commission if you buy through them. This never changes what june recommends to you — june's recommendations are based on what fits and what you've told us you want, not on which retailers pay a commission. We disclose the commission relationship inline in messages where applicable, in accordance with 16 CFR Part 255.

11. Changes to these SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you over SMS or by email before the changes take effect, and we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the updated SMS Terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, reply STOP to unsubscribe.
